Yuzu is a citrus fruit that originated from East Asia. It has a distinctive flavour, less sharp than lemon and sweeter than grapefruit, and boasts an amazing floral fragrance. Though rarely cultivated outside of East Asia, yuzu flavoured products are gaining popularity worldwide. This not-so-secret ingredient is increasingly used in sake, cocktails, and confectionery.
