On March 2nd, the city of Richmond came alive with the flavors and aromas of the BC Dumpling Festival, a delightful event that celebrated the rich tapestry of cultural diversity through one of the most beloved culinary delights—dumplings. The Dumpling Tasting Soirée showcased a unique and enhanced sampling of dumplings from a variety of cultures, bringing together food enthusiasts from all walks of life.

We at Mo Beer believe that food is the common thread that unites all cultures and communities. The evening included an assortment of dumpling food vendors, alcohol pairings, a dumpling tasting competition, live entertainment, and both silent and live auctions, with partial proceeds going to the Richmond Hospital Foundation.
